As the Federal Budget looms, we are continually reminded that budgets, whether household or government, should be balanced – a process requiring some financial literacy.  This forum will present information on programs available for both learners and practitioners to assist in building financial literacy for everyday purposes, as well as examples of current delivery in the adult sector.

Presenters will include:

• Smith Family:  Saver Plus – Rachael Hayes
• Embedding financial literacy in the AMEP
• DECD/ASIC:  MoneySmart – Teresa Howie, TAFESA Lecturer
